It is a tough time for Ghanaian actress Juliet Ibrahim, who has lost a colleague, Beverly Afaglo Baah.
The Ghanaian actress and TV personality died at age 42 and the sad news of her demise was announced by her musician husband, Eugene Baah on his Instagram page on Sunday morning.

Mourning her on her Instagram page, she said she is speechless and hurt because she lost a good friend and kind soul. Praying for her soul to rest in peace, she sent condolences to her family and friends.
“Speechless and hurt because we’ve lost a good friend and a kind soul to us all. Rest in peace, Beverly. My love, prayers and condolences to family and friends”.


On Tuesday, May 12th, the internet was thrown into mourning over the sad news of the death of Alex Ekubo, who had passed away on Monday, May 11th, after a battle with Cancer and was 40 years old.
In a heartbreaking statement, his family announced that the actor had passed away after a brief but courageous battle. According to the statement, he passed away at Evercare Hospital due to complications arising from advanced metastatic kidney cancer.

Her death came while Yoruba Nollywood was still dealing with the loss of Allwell Ademola, who passed away after suffering a heart attack at her residence. The likes of Damola Olatunji, Mr Latin, Faithia Williams, and Bidemi Kosoko were the first to mourn her.
In March, gospel singer, Taiwo Adegbodu had passed away. According to reports on Facebook, the gospel singer, who is a twin, died in the middle of the night.
In January, gospel singer and evangelist Bunmi Akinaanu, better known as Omije Ojumi, passed away. According to reports, the singer took ill around 2025, and all efforts to get her back on her feet were futile.
The death of Bunmi Akinaanu is coming after the death of popular singer, Aduke Gold, who was pronounced dead by medical experts.
