Pastor Sam Adeyemi is looking forward to a busy Saturday as he prepares to host thousands of men at the 2026 Strictly Masculine Men’s Conference before turning his attention to Arsenal’s UEFA Champions League final clash later in the day.
The founder and Senior Pastor of Daystar Christian Centre highlighted both events in a message ahead of the annual gathering.
It will be held at the church’s headquarters in Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos.
The conference, themed: “Strong In Every Direction,” is scheduled to begin at 10am, focusing on leadership, family life, health, finances, and spiritual growth.
Drawing attention to the event, Pastor Adeyemi said: “Two major events are happening tomorrow.”
Speaking about the conference, the cleric added: “The first: The measure of a man is not in the thing between his legs, it’s in … Join us at the STRICTLY MASCULINE CONFERENCE at 10am tomorrow to discuss and learn more.”
The annual programme serves as a platform for men to connect, share experiences and gain practical insights on personal development and leadership.
Adeyemi also revealed he would be closely following Arsenal’s Champions League final later in the day.
He said: “Secondly, the UEFA Champions League Final at 5pm.
“Above is my throw back photo showing when my family gave me Arsenal items as birthday presents. Hopefully, the cup will be useful for tomorrow’s celebration.”
The pastor’s comments reflected both his enthusiasm for the men’s conference and his hope that Arsenal can end the season with European glory.
Saturday’s event is expected to attract men from different backgrounds, with discussions centred on building stronger families, achieving personal growth and strengthening faith.
Attention will also be on the Champions League final, where Adeyemi hopes his beloved Arsenal can provide an additional reason for celebration after the conference.
