It was initially shared on messaging platforms such as WhatsApp and Telegram before making its way to blogs, Instagram accounts, and other entertainment websites where it continued to spread widely.

Meanwhile, Sisi Alagbo had earlier addressed the controversy on Wednesday through her verified Facebook account. In her statement, she expressed regret over the situation and apologised to those who felt disappointed by the incident, noting that it had taken a toll on her emotional well-being.
Fagbemi rose to popularity through her online promotion of herbal products and wellness content. She also gained additional public attention after a viral moment at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco, where she was seen kneeling to greet Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen.
