“I have been homeless for five years, sleeping on the streets with no permanent home. Now I cannot believe I have my own place. I do not have words to describe how I feel. I am speechless. I just want to thank God because I truly believe this is all His doing. I know there are people facing even greater challenges than mine, but for someone to consider me means everything. I am truly grateful,” Haji said.
When did Haji lost his mum?
Haji, who lost his mother in 2014, gave a tour of his one-bedroom house with a smile, amazed by the kindness and generosity of the well-wisher who surprised him.
The house was fully furnished with quality furniture, as shown in the video, which also highlighted the beautiful interior design.
“Money alone cannot fully express my appreciation for this incredible gift. I am so thankful and grateful. God has been good to me. I also want to send special thanks to Nifa, who paid my six months’ rent so I can stay here without worrying for the rest of the year. This is a great honour, and I appreciate her deeply. What she has done for me is something I will never forget,” he added.
