Applications are now open for the fully sponsored LSETF 3-Month Free Fashion Training Programme delivered by OSC College of Fashion in partnership with the IshK Tolaram Foundation, the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF), and the Lagos State Ministry of Wealth Creation and Employment.
The programme is designed to equip unemployed Lagos residents with practical fashion and garment production skills that can lead to employment or self-employment. Participants will receive three months of classroom training, followed by at least three months of paid internship. Successful participants will also receive a certificate upon completion.
Training Benefits

Participants will learn pattern making, sewing skills, production management, quality control, and tech-pack development to become job-ready.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be between 18 and 35 years old.
- Be currently unemployed.
- Be a resident of Lagos State.
- Have a minimum qualification of SSCE/WAEC.
- Be available full-time from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for six months.
- No previous sewing experience is required. Master’s degree holders and above are not eligible.
Training Locations
Training will take place at:
- 11A Aba Johnson Crescent, Harmony Enclave, Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja, Lagos.
- 22 Gboyega Kilo Street, Behind Hon-Bethel Schools, Ojodu Grammar School, Lagos.

- Educational certificate(s)
- LASSRA ID
Bring the original copies of all documents for the screening interview.
