IDF Says Troops Kill Hezbollah Terrorist, Uncover Weapons Cache in Southern Lebanon Raid

The IDF says troops operating north of the Litani River in southern Lebanon yesterday killed a Hezbollah terrorist during a close-quarters firefight. According to the military, the terrorist was armed with a Kalashnikov rifle and was identified and engaged by soldiers from the Givati Brigade’s Reconnaissance Unit.

Several hours later, the troops raided a Hezbollah weapons cache in the area, uncovering dozens of weapons, including firearms, anti-aircraft missiles, and other military equipment.
