It’s Your Turn – Pastor Abel Damina Challenges Tinubu to Tackle Insecurity, Power Crisis

Senior Pastor of Power City International, Abel Damina, has called on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to fulfill the promises he made to Nigerians before assuming office.

Speaking during a recent sermon, Damina reminded the President that leadership comes with responsibility, stressing that Nigerians are expecting tangible results in key areas such as security, electricity supply, and the rescue of kidnapped citizens.

Addressing Tinubu directly, the cleric said:

> “You said it is your turn. Go after the terrorists and put an end to terrorism.

> “It is your turn to secure this country. It is your turn to bring those children back from captivity without paying ransom.

> “It is your turn to provide electricity because you said that if you failed to do so, the people should not vote for you again.

> “It is your turn, sir. The responsibility is yours now.

> “May God help you and grant you the wisdom and strength to lead.

> “Is it not your turn? It is your turn.”

Damina’s remarks come amid growing concerns among Nigerians over persistent security challenges, recurring cases of kidnapping, and ongoing debates about the country’s power supply and economic conditions.

The outspoken preacher urged the President to focus on governance and deliver on the commitments that formed part of his campaign message, emphasizing that citizens are looking forward to measurable improvements in their daily lives.
