27-year-old Nigerian man, Qudus Ajeyemi, has been convicted in the United Kingdom for attempted r+pe and s+xual assa¥lt following an incident in Hull.
The Hull Crown Court heard that the incident occurred during a night out after the victim, who had consumed alc%hol, became unwell and went to rest in a bedroom. Prosecutors said Ajeyemi followed her upstairs and engaged in unwanted s+xual conduct despite her repeated refusals.
The court was told that the victim clearly stated she was not consenting and instructed him to stop, but he persisted until she managed to escape and alert others....... .
