The Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, has ordered regulatory action against the operator of a private aircraft that reportedly landed on a concrete road under construction near Asaba, Delta State, before later taking off without the required authorization.
In a statement issued on the incident, Keyamo disclosed that the aircraft conducted a missed approach while attempting to land at the airport in Asaba at about 7:43 a.m. local time. The aircraft subsequently landed on a concrete road in the Ogwashi-Uku area near Asaba.View All Details. .
