Residents of the Kiang’ombe area in Thika, Kiambu County, are reeling from shock and heartbreak following the brutal murder of a 21-year-old student.

Elizabeth Ngina Mulwa, who is said to have been a student at Thika Technical Training Institute, was reportedly found dead in her rented room in Kiang’ombe.

In a horrifying twist, some of her body parts, including her head and fingers, were reportedly missing when her body was discovered.
Additionally, Ngina is said to have sustained multiple stab wounds to her back.
Police have reportedly arrested a suspect in connection with the student’s death and are continuing with investigations.
NGBREAKINGNEWS spoke to a staff member at Thika Technical Training Institute, who said the institution was working to establish whether Ngina was a current student or an alumna.
“We also came across the news on social media and are trying to establish whether she was still a student here or an alumna, and to get to the root of what happened. It is a very unfortunate and heartbreaking incident, but we shall respond once we have all the information,” said the school administrator.
