Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) 2.0 has opened registrations for Edo State Employer & Fellow Engagement, 2026 for young graduates seeking structured job placement opportunities across the state.
The programme is designed to connect talented graduates with credible organisations in Edo State for interviews, skills matching, and possible placement into active roles within participating institutions. It focuses on bridging the gap between academic learning and real workplace experience through structured engagement between employers and selected fellows.
The initiative is led by the Federal Government of Nigeria with support from the European Union (EU) and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). According to the programme brief, the aim is to strengthen youth employment outcomes through practical exposure, career development pathways, and direct employer engagement.
The organisers stated that “the NJFP 2.0 Edo State Employer & Fellow Engagement is focused on ensuring that qualified young Nigerians are not left behind in the labour market, but are actively connected to credible employers for real opportunities.”
The engagement will allow employers to meet shortlisted candidates, conduct interviews, and identify suitable talents for placement. It also provides fellows with access to structured onboarding processes that can support long-term employability.
The programme targets graduates who are ready to work and are interested in gaining professional experience within verified organisations operating in Edo State.
Interested applicants are required to complete the registration form to participate in the NJFP 2.0 Edo State Employer & Fellow Engagement, 2026.
