Speed Darlington Laments Over ‘Excessive’ ₦203k Airport Parking Fee

Nigerian entertainer Speed Darlington has reacted in disbelief after reportedly being billed ₦203,500 for parking his car at an airport for four days.

In a video circulating online, the musician explained that he decided to drive himself to the airport rather than take a taxi, believing it would be a more convenient option for his short trip.

However, he said he was shocked when he returned and was presented with what he described as an unusually high parking fee.

Clearly upset, the entertainer criticized the increasing cost of living in Nigeria, calling the charge excessive and unreasonable.

He further compared the amount to what he believed similar services might cost in parts of Europe, questioning why such high fees were becoming common locally.

The rapper said …

“E no go better for Tinubu. Unexpected expense. E pain me die. I don tire to pay for taxi to airport, I say make I carry my motor come airport. Pata pata I’m traveling for 4 days, when I come back it’d either 70k or 50k. They just collected N203,500 from me for parking for 4 days bro. E no go b£tt£er for Tinubu. Nigeria is now very expensive. They took my food money from me. E shock me I stand there, stand there I no know wetin I wan do. Nigeria is h£ll f!r£. 50k a night, are we in Europe?”
