Gatundu, Kenya: Mrs Kinyita, the wife of Gatundu South constituency CDF chairperson Peter Kinyita, has passionately appealed to Kenyans to allow her and her family to mourn their son Angel Theo Kitragu in peace.

The couple’s son died after drowning in a swimming pool and Kameme FM radio host Muthoni wa Kirumba, alias Baby Top, a close friend to Kinyita was present at the party where the boy died.

It’s alleged that the little boy was attending a party with his parents when the incident occurred and the father spoke for the first time about his son’s death on June 19 during his burial.

“I’m the one who saw my son in the water, not anybody else. I, the mother, saw the baby in the pool; Mercy did, and the dad is the one who pulled him out,”she said.
“Please let my family mourn in peace I have called this name twice; it is not easy,”she added.
