Nollywood actress Mo Bimpe is celebrating her husband, Lateef Adedimeji, on his first Father’s Day celebration.
The Yoruba actress and producer shared a video which captured her journey from pregnancy to parenthood.

In her caption, she noted how Lateef prayed with her, waited with her, held her hands through every season, and now holds their boys with so much love.

She said watching him become a father has been one of the most beautiful things she has ever witnessed. She appreciated him for loving them so deeply, showing up every day, and being their safe place.
“To the man who prayed with me, waited with me, held my hands through every season, and now holds our boys with so much love…
Happy Father’s Day, my love @adedimejilateef
Watching you become a father has been one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever witnessed.
From the countless prayers to our answered prayers, to those precious hospital moments, and now watching you feed, bathe, cuddle, and play with our little miracles…
My heart is full.
Thank you for loving us so deeply.
Thank you for showing up every day.
Thank you for being our safe place.
The man I prayed with is now the father of the children we prayed for… and that will forever be one of my favourite love stories.
Happy First Father’s Day, my king.
We love you beyond words”.

On Mother’s Day, Lateef wrote a letter to Bimpe, noting how people asked questions and counted the years, yet she built her faith and stood through it all, not bitter, loud or broken, but quietly powerful. The actor said that she is a living testament to the fact that delay isn’t denial.
During Femi Adebayo’s visit to Lateef and Bimpe, Lateef jokingly said he still wants more kids, but Bimpe shut it down, saying she’s stopping at four and wants a girl child.
It is no longer news that on Friday the couple had announced the birth of their triplet boys. Lateef shared a video of Bimpe holding their ultrasound, saying that God had given him more than he had prayed for, as his wife is now a mother of three boys.
A week after the announcement, the couple held a low-key naming ceremony at their residence in Lekki, Lagos. The couple kept things low-key and invited only close friends and family. Spotted at the ceremony were Jide Awobona, Ibrahim Yekini ‘Itele’ and his wife, and Omowunmi Dada.
