Minister of Works, David Umahi, has stirred reactions online after declaring that residents of Ebonyi State are “disobedient” but remain loyal to President Bola Tinubu.
Speaking at a public event, Umahi appeared to make a play on words referencing the Obidient movement associated with former Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi.
In his words:
“We no Dey do Obidient for Ebonyi State, we are very disobedient but Obedient to President TINUBU.”
