BREAKING: Iran Close Strait Of Hormuz After IRGC Fire At Ship

“In our previous statement, we clarified that foreign interference and the illegal determination of shipping routes in the Strait of Hormuz would prompt us to take decisive action and would hinder efforts to increase maritime traffic in the Strait.

A few hours ago, these warnings were disregarded; instigated by foreign parties, several vessels attempted to navigate along an unauthorized route, ignoring our warnings and reminders regarding the necessity of correcting their course and adhering to the authorized path.

Consequently, one of the vessels—which compromised maritime security by disabling its systems—was subjected to warning fire, resulting in its interception.

As a result of this incident, and given the unstable security situation arising from illegal foreign interference, the Strait of Hormuz will be closed until further notice—and until US interventions in the region cease—with no vessels permitted to pass through.

Furthermore, should the aggressor enemy err by launching a new act of aggression against us, using this self-inflicted incident as a pretext, we will respond forcefully and target the enemy’s new bases in the region.

The nations that have permitted the entry of the US-Zionist enemy into their territories bear responsibility for the consequences of this interference.”
