Cardi B and Nigerian football star Maduka Okoye have fueled fresh dating speculation after the pair were spotted enjoying another outing together, this time at an upscale restaurant overlooking a Venice canal in Italy.
According to TMZ, the rapper and the Super Eagles goalkeeper dined with a group of friends at Gio’s restaurant inside the St. Regis Hotel. Cardi turned heads in a plunging turquoise dress, while Okoye sat beside her throughout the meal, smiling as she chatted with others at the table and showed off her signature long nails.
Although there was no public display of affection, eyewitnesses said the two appeared relaxed and comfortable in each other’s company as they shared another evening out.
A source told TMZ they spotted the group while watching a fireworks display from the hotel above, adding that Cardi and Okoye had just been served their meals and seemed to be enjoying the night.
The latest sighting comes just weeks after the pair sparked romance rumors at Paris Fashion Week, where they were seen seated together. Okoye also caught fans’ attention after helping Cardi into her seat, prompting speculation that the rapper may have found a new love interest.
Neither Cardi B nor Maduka Okoye has addressed the rumors, and there is no confirmation that the two are anything more than friends. Still, after being seen together in both Paris and Venice, fans continue to wonder if there’s more to their relationship than meets the eye.
