Fuel Price Drops Again as MRS Cuts Petrol Cost for Second Time in Two Weeks

According to Daily Post, Dangote Refinery-backed MRS filling stations have reduced their petrol pump price for the second time in two weeks.

A market survey conducted by Daily Post on Wednesday showed that MRS filling stations across Abuja have lowered the pump price to 1,191 naira per litre, down from 1,241 naira per litre.

The reduction means motorists now save 50 naira per litre when purchasing petrol.

Following the latest price cut, petrol now sells for between 1,191 naira and 1,300 naira per litre at filling.
