The Labour Party’s 2023 presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Obi, has expressed concerns over what he described as persistent harassment and frustration allegedly targeted at him by the current administration.
Speaking on the challenges he claims to be facing, Obi said the actions of the government are making it increasingly difficult for him to carry out his daily activities and livelihood.
“With the way this government is going, I may not even be alive to contest the 2027 election. Every single thing I do for a living, this government is deliberately frustrating. I face frustration every day. They recently locked my car at the airport,” he said.
The former Anambra State governor’s remarks come amid ongoing political debates and preparations ahead of the 2027 general elections.
