Nollywood actress Ashabi has replied to her controversial baby daddy, Portable, for body-shaming her.
While trading words with the singer a day back, he mocked her over her tummy, noting how his wife, who just gave birth, looks better than her.
Now, responding to him, Ashabi shared a video of herself eating small chops, saying that anybody body shaming her is only reminding God.
“Anybody body shaming me is only reminding God”.
She later admitted that his statement hurt her, but she wouldn’t say much.
“E pain o, but mio riro cox, it’s not true”.
On Tuesday, Ashabi shared a shady video targeting the singer.
Offended by the video, the singer noted how he was on his own, yet she was coming for him. He reminded her that her family members are still living in the house he rented for her and said Ashabi can never see a man who will marry her, as she is his leftover.
Hitting back, Ashabi noted how the singer had only sent her N200,000 in the past six months. Questioning who he wants to suffer, she pondered whether he thinks she is lazy.
Not done, she laid a heavy curse on him and vowed never to return to him.
Recall that on New Year, Portable and Ashabi had engaged in a heated argument, as Ashabi told the singer to kill her.
In an Instagram video, Portable claimed that Ashabi came to his house to attack his family. He claimed that his pregnant wife was beaten mercilessly, and guns were pointed at his children. He further claimed Ashabi’s mother accused him of using charm on her daughter and questioned why he didn’t buy a car for her.
Speaking up for herself, the upcoming actress explained that when she and her siblings went to celebrate the New Year with him, he pushed her and slapped her. She alleged that he brought out an axe and forcefully took all their phones, gave her younger brother a blow in his eye, and slapped her younger sister, which left her seeking safety in his office.
In another post, the mother of two had addressed critics, telling them to leave them alone. She told them to allow her to breathe and reduce their advice, and further told them to let her be and allow her to think for herself.
While speaking about her love life, she described Portable as a narcissist, noting how one can’t predict his next move, especially when he is the jealous type and has anger issues. She said she wakes up every day thinking about how best to manage him.
