Nigerian singer Abiola Akinbiyi, popularly known as Bella Shmurda, has alleged that he was defrauded of $4 million in a Lagos property scam.
The singer claimed he paid the sum for a property only to discover it was stolen and that the seller had disappeared .
During an emotional Instagram Live session on Tuesday, the visibly distressed singer broke down as he appealed for help, saying he feared losing the money he worked hard for over several years. He also revealed he had engaged his lawyer to investigate the transaction .
The identity of the alleged seller and the specific location of the property have not been disclosed .
