Real Madrid CF has announced a major humanitarian donation following the recent earthquakes in Venezuela, pledging a total of €2 million to support victims and affected communities.
In an official statement, the club said the Real Madrid Foundation is launching a fundraising campaign in partnership with the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement to provide relief for those impacted by the disaster.
The club will contribute €1 million to the campaign, while Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez will personally donate an additional €1 million.
“At Real Madrid, we want to express our full support, affection, and solidarity with the Venezuelan people during this difficult time,” the club said.
The donations will help provide emergency assistance and support to victims and their families as recovery efforts continue.
