U.S. Pulls $240M MQ-4C Triton Drone Out of Jordan to Italy After Iranian Strikes

The U.S. Navy has withdrawn its MQ-4C Triton surveillance drone following increased Iranian strikes.

The high-value aircraft, recently based in Jordan after earlier stops in the UAE, took off for a mission today but diverted mid-flight and is now heading back to its original base in Sigonella, Italy.

This leaves the U.S. without forward Triton operations in the Middle East for now.
