Papaya Ex Offers ₦700k Reward For Missing Phone

Nigerian influencer and actress Papaya Ex has cried out on social media after her iPhone went missing, offering a cash reward for its return.

NOP NIGERIA reports that she made the announcement on her Instagram page, revealing that the phone was stolen from her personal assistant during an event.

According to her, the device is an iPhone 16 Pro Max with a pink case and contains important contacts, documents, and work projects.

In her post, she pleaded with the public, writing, “Y’all they just stole my phone… please I use almighty God to beg you, if you find any iPhone 16 Pro Max pink case, I swear I’ll give you 500k.”

She added that losing the phone would be painful because “all my work projects is on that phone.”

Papaya Ex later shared more details about where the phone went missing, stating that it was misplaced at the Arinzo movie premiere, close to the front table near the stage.

She urged anyone who finds it not to tamper with it, saying, “Please don’t wipe the phone… all my documents from 2015 is there… please don’t let me start from scratch.”

She also provided a way for the finder to return the phone anonymously, asking them to “message me with a fake page” or take it to her mother’s shop at Lagos 24, Ereko, Lagos Island, Idumota.

As the search continued, the actress increased the reward to 700,000 naira. She appealed again, saying, “Selling it off won’t be a better deal, I need my contacts and documents.”

She also warned people not to buy any phone showing her pictures and begged for help in spreading the message.
