The National Coordinator of the Obidient Movement, Yunusa
Tanko, says the 2027 presidential election will be over by 12 noon with
Obi-Kwankwaso ticket.
Tanko expressed this optimism on Wednesday during an
interview on ‘Politics Today’, a programme on Channels Television.
He was reacting to Dele Momodu’s preference for an Atiku-Obi
ticket.
DAILY POST reports that Momodu had said a presidential
ticket that has Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi will be a formidable choice for
the African Democratic Congress, ADC.
Airing his own opinion, Tanko said, “Do you want to choose
someone who’ll win the primary and lose the election?
“If the ADC doesn’t zone the presidency to the South, the
party will lose the election. With an Obi-Kwankwaso ticket, the election will
be over by 12 pm.”
