Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu has revealed details of her diplomatic meeting with India’s High Commissioner to Nigeria, H.E. Abishek Singh, ahead of the upcoming India-Africa Forum Summit.…....
The former Nigerian ambassador shared photos from the meeting on her official Instagram page, @biancaodumegwuojukwu, where both parties were seen exchanging gifts and holding discussions in Abuja.
In her post, Bianca explained that the meeting was held ahead of the India-Africa Forum Summit (IAFS-IV), scheduled to take place on May 31 in New Delhi, India. The summit is expected to be co-hosted by the Government of India and the African Union Commission.
According to her, the theme of the summit is “AI SPIRIT: India-Africa Strategic Partnership For Innovation, Resilience And Inclusive Transformation”.
Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu noted that the summit represents an important diplomatic milestone, especially as the last edition of the forum was held in 2015.
She further stated that the engagement is aimed at strengthening cooperation and expanding strategic ties between India and African nations across several sectors.
The photos shared on her page also highlighted moments of cultural exchange during the diplomatic visit.
