Hon. Peter Aniekwe has felicitated with children across Anambra East and West Federal Constituency on the occasion of the 2026 Children’s Day celebration, describing them as the “greatest treasure and future of the land.”
In his Children’s Day message, the lawmaker said the annual celebration serves as a reminder of the importance of honouring and protecting children while investing in their future through quality education, safety and opportunities for growth.
Addressing children in the constituency, Aniekwe expressed pride in their resilience, hope and potential, assuring them of his continued commitment to creating a better future where every child can dream boldly and achieve greatness.
“As your representative, I remain committed to building a future where you can grow in safety, access quality education, dream boldly, and achieve your full potential,” he stated.
The federal lawmaker also called on parents, teachers and community leaders to continue nurturing and inspiring children to become responsible leaders of tomorrow.
He further stressed the need for collective efforts in ensuring that every child is given the necessary tools and opportunities to thrive in society.
