Kisii, Kenya: The children of Senator Richard Onyonka have made mourners roar with laughter at the burial of his late mother, Teresia Nyaboke, who died at 81 years old.

Mama Teresia breathed her last on Wednesday, April 29, after being unwell, and Onyonka eulogised her as a pillar of faith, humility, and wisdom whose legacy will inspire generations. At the same time, he called for prayers and support as the family navigates this profound loss.
During her burial service, Onyonka’s children tickled many people with their introductions, unveiling the names of their mums, and some even spoke in Gusii.

How did each of Onyonka’s kids introduce themselves?
The firstborn of the group of kids is Moraa, a beautiful light-skinned lady, the firstborn, and she said that her name was Flora and others included Jayden Angwenyi, whose mother was Judith Kerubo and he is also a brother of Angy Nyaboke.
“Good morning, my name is Baraka Zachary Joseph and I am Senator Onyonka’s child,”said acute teen in impeccable Gusii.
There was also Lucas James, Nyaboke Damien whose mother is Lucy Mbugua, Trevor Kiaka son of Jackline Omoke and he is also an engineer at the counter, Nicole Nyaboke, whose mother is Jackline Nyaboke and Teresia Nyaboke who is the second-born daughter.
Finally, there was Christopher Onyonka whose mother is Jane Wanjiru, Craig Zachary Whose mum is Emily Marube, Natanya Nyaboke who is Beatrice’s daughter, Jazmine Moraa, Damien, Steve Onyonka; Zachary Onyonkawho is a child of Beatrice.

Ruth Odinga used to date Onyonka
In another story, Ruth Odinga revealed the long-held secret between her and Onyonla during the burial of his mother in Kisii on Friday, May 15.
The revelation after Onyonka disclosed that he had 12 children and several wives, including former IEBC commissioner Roselyn Akombe, and they were presented before the congregation.
The Kisii senator also said that he was proudly a polygamous man, adding that all his wives and children are known.
