Blogger Tosin Silverdam has sparked conversation online after sharing his observations about the relationship between actress Funke Akindele and her close associate, Kamo State.
According to him, the duo, who were once known for publicly celebrating each other on social media, now appear to have reduced their online interactions. He noted that they no longer like or engage with each other’s posts the way they used to, suggesting a possible change in their friendship dynamic.
Silverdam recalled that Akindele and Kamo State were previously very close, with the actor often praising the filmmaker for her support and impact on his family.
However, he claimed that their relationship may no longer be as strong as before. He linked this speculation to Kamo State’s recent appearance with actress Toyin Abraham at Kunle Afolayan’s film village, suggesting it could have influenced the shift.
The blogger further emphasized that, as an actor, Kamo State is expected to work with different people in the industry and should not restrict his career due to personal relationships.
He concluded by asking his followers if they had also noticed any change between the two entertainers, adding that Funke Akindele reportedly does not maintain close ties with some of the individuals Kamo has been seen with recently.

“I love their friendship, the mother and son banter online. I don’t see that anymore. She doesn’t post him on Snapchat again. They are very close and are often together, but then again, could it be because Kamo State was seen on Toyin Abraham’s set shot at Kunle Afolayan’s film village? Funke Akindele does not have a good relationship with these people. I expect it to happen when I saw Kamo State among them.”
