According to the victims’ account, the attackers reportedly four in number forced their way into the apartment after breaking down the door around midnight. The assailants were said to have worn masks to conceal their identities, while at least two of them were allegedly armed with guns. WATCH THE VIDEO.
The students narrated that the attackers threatened them at gunpoint, assaulted them, and stole their mobile phones and other valuable belongings before fleeing the scene.

One of the victims said the assailants invaded their privacy and subjected them to sexual violence during the attack, describing the experience as traumatic and devastating.
Fortunately, the apartment was equipped with a closed-circuit television (CCTV) system, which captured footage of the incident. The video evidence reportedly played a crucial role in aiding law enforcement authorities in tracking down suspects.
Police authorities have confirmed the arrest of two individuals in connection with the crime, while investigations are ongoing to apprehend other members of the suspected gang.
At the time of filing this report, the victims were receiving medical attention at a hospital, where they are also undergoing further examination and psychological support following the assault.
