Zimbabwe’s national football team, the Warriors, have touched down in England as they prepare for their Unity Cup semi-final clash against Nigeria’s Super Eagles.

Head coach Kaitano Tembo named only three home-based players in his squad for the invitational tournament, with the locally selected players and coaching staff set to link up with their foreign-based teammates upon arrival in London.

The two sides are scheduled to meet at The Valley, the home ground of Sky Bet Championship club Charlton Athletic, on Tuesday next week.

In the other semi-final, India and Jamaica will go head-to-head at the same venue on Wednesday, May 27.

Nigeria enter the competition as defending champions, looking to retain the title they previously won.
