The Akwa Ibom State Government is inviting bright, determined and unemployed youths of Oron Local Government Area to apply for the ARISE Tech Talent Accelerator Programme, a fully sponsored three-month intensive training in digital and software development skills.
The world is being rebuilt on technology, and this is your moment to rise with it.
The programme will be held at the newly commissioned Oron Youth Development Centre, under the Ministry of Youth Development, while training will be delivered and managed by the Ministry of Science and Digital Economy.

This intake is exclusively for youths from Oron Local Government Area. Similar programmes will be rolled out across other Local Government Areas as their Youth Development Centres are completed and commissioned.

Eligibility Requirements
Must be an indigene or resident of Oron Local Government Area. Must be currently unemployed and not engaged in active employment. Must be available to participate fully throughout the programme (Monday to Friday). Must possess at least a B.Sc, ND, HND, or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline. Must demonstrate a genuine interest and commitment to building a career in digital skills and technology.
