Nigeria’s National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu, is hosting the ongoing UK–Nigeria Security and Defence Partnership Dialogue in Abuja, bringing together Nigeria’s Service Chiefs, Police IGP, D-G DSS, Minister of Defence, Heads of Intelligence and Paramilitary agencies, alongside senior officials of the United Kingdom government, defence, and security institutions.

The NSA, Nuhu Ribadu, says Nigeria and the United Kingdom are deepening security cooperation with a shared focus on practical results, counterterrorism, and strengthening peace and stability across West Africa and the Gulf of Guinea.

He emphasised that the partnership is no longer just about meetings and dialogue, but about practical outcomes and measurable deliverables.
