Timothy also accused the government apparatus of moving too slow….to some she is just breaking news, to others a dead body that needs to be disposed of as quickly as possible, but to him she was a sister.

“I might be too weak to search for justice in a complicated system but I will give my all ..but! Ann I must get answers…I still love you my little sister…I love you too much to let you go,” he said.

So far, Timothy wants to know why the taxi took a different route, how after riding in a small taxi…by the middle of the road she was hit by a hit-and-run vehicle with no eyewitnesses, including the taxi guy, and why after getting to the scene, the police didn’t look for any information that can assist in resolving the mystery.
