Mrs. John-Paul and her twin sons were reportedly kidnapped on Tuesday, June 3, while on their way to school in Ibadan, Oyo State. According to reports, armed men intercepted their vehicle in the Challenge area of the city and forcefully took them to an unknown location.
The abduction sparked widespread concern due to Mrs. John-Paul’s relationship with former Minister of Power, Adebayo Adelabu, a prominent political figure in Oyo State. Security agencies immediately launched efforts to track down the kidnappers and secure the release of the victims.
