Businesses require practical technology solutions to improve productivity, enhance competitiveness and drive long-term growth, Group Chief Executive Officer of Concept De La Paix Hub (CDLPHUB), Peace Adedokun, has said.
Adedokun made the assertion while announcing the launch of CDLPHUB Solutions Ltd, the technology, software and digital transformation subsidiary of the CDLPHUB Group established to deliver practical, scalable and innovative ICT services to organisations across diverse sectors.
According to him, the company was conceived in response to the growing demand for technology-driven solutions capable of addressing complex operational challenges confronting businesses and institutions.“
CDLPHUB Solutions was established with a clear purpose: to provide practical ICT solutions that help businesses become more efficient, innovative, and competitive,” Adedokun said.
He noted that the increasing pace of technological change has compelled organisations to seek digital tools that can improve operational efficiency and strengthen their capacity to compete in a rapidly evolving economy.
“As industries evolved and organisations increasingly sought technology-driven solutions to complex operational challenges, the Group recognised the need to expand beyond traditional business support into delivering practical digital solutions capable of transforming businesses and institutions,” he stated.
Adedokun explained that the establishment of the subsidiary reflects the company’s commitment to helping organisations leverage technology for measurable outcomes.
“Technology should not be complicated—it should solve problems,” he said, adding that businesses require systems that simplify operations rather than create additional complexities.

He further disclosed that CDLPHUB Solutions was intentionally designed to provide organisations with intelligent systems that enhance performance and productivity.”
Under my leadership as Group Chief Executive Officer, CDLPHUB Solutions has been established to bridge technological gaps, simplify digital processes, and provide organisations with intelligent systems that improve operational efficiency, productivity, innovation, and long-term growth,” Adedokun stated.
Olusegun Olopade is expected to oversee operations and strategic execution of the new subsidiary so as to ensure that the company’s services respond directly to the realities of today’s digital economy.
The subsidiary officially commences operations on July 1, 2026 with a broad portfolio of technology services designed to support both public and private sector organisations. These include software development, business automation, website and mobile application development, digital transformation services, branding and digital systems, customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, enterprise technology tools, IT consulting and technical support services.
According to Adedokun, these services are intended to respond directly to contemporary business realities and market needs.
“These offerings align with the company’s strategic focus on delivering practical, market-oriented technology solutions,” he said.
Adedokun described the launch as an important milestone in the evolution of the CDLPHUB Group, noting that it goes beyond the establishment of another technology company.
“This launch represents more than the unveiling of another technology company; it represents our commitment to helping organisations embrace digital transformation with confidence,” he said.
The Group CEO added that the company is guided by a mission to deliver solutions that generate tangible benefits for clients and improve customer experiences.
With a mission “To solve real market problems through smart ICT solutions,” CDLPHUB Solutions aims to position itself as a trusted technology partner for organisations seeking digital innovation that delivers measurable impact.
Adedokun stressed that innovation must remain practical and outcome-oriented.
“Technology should be accessible, practical, and transformative—not merely innovative for innovation’s sake,” he said.
“Every solution developed by CDLPHUB Solutions will therefore be driven by a commitment to solving real business challenges, improving customer experiences, and creating sustainable value for clients.”
The launch of CDLPHUB Solutions also forms part of the Group’s broader transformation agenda, which has introduced a strengthened governance framework featuring a parent holding company, an advisory board and specialised subsidiaries operating under unified strategic leadership.
According to the company, the structure is intended to promote accountability, operational excellence, sustainable expansion and investor readiness.
