The two pre-tournament favourites went head-to-head in the first semi-final.
It was La Roja who took the lead in the 22nd minute, after Mikel Oyarzabal stroked home a penalty.
The spot-kick was awarded after Lamine Yamal was fouled inside the area.
Spain then doubled their advantage shortly after the break, with Pedro Pedro calmly slotting home following a fine team move.
The European champions will now face either Argentina or England for the trophy this weekend.
