A viral video has sparked reactions on social media after a group of caterers in Edo State were seen decorating a birthday cake on a newly constructed flyover reportedly built by Governor Monday Okpebholo.
In the clip, the caterers appeared to have set up their cake and decorating materials directly on the surface of the newly completed bridge, leaving many Nigerians puzzled by the choice of location.
The video has since generated mixed reactions online, with some describing the act as inappropriate, while others found humour in the unusual scene.

In other news,,, Nigerian TikTok star Peller has shared more details about his upcoming wedding to fellow content creator Jarvis, revealing that he initially planned to have actor Timini Egbuson as one of his groomsmen but changed his mind because he sees him as an uncle.
Speaking during a live session, Peller jokingly said he was also considering removing some of his groomsmen because they were “ugly” and might spoil his wedding photos. Since he could not remove them, he said he would simply use filters to improve their appearance in the pictures.
He also claimed that anyone who misses the ceremony would be missing a major event, revealing that although he originally budgeted ₦100 million for the wedding, he has already spent about four times that amount.
According to Peller, several well-wishers have also supported the wedding with gifts, including one person who donated 10 cows and another who gave five cows, adding that they requested to remain anonymous.
“I wanted to put Timini amongst my groomsmen but he is like an Uncle to me, I want to remove some groomsmen cuz they are ugly and I don’t want them to spoil my wedding picture, so since I can’t remove them I’ll use filter for them, if you’re not at my wedding you’ll miss out, I planned 100M for the wedding but I’ve spent 4x of it, someone gifted me 10 cows another person 5 they said I should not mention their names.”
