Popular Nigerian disc jockey and media personality Ms DSF has sparked conversations on social media after sharing her thoughts on how women often treat one another compared to the grace they extend to men in relationships.
Taking to her social media page, the celebrity DJ observed that many women are quick to judge, criticize, or cut off other women over minor disagreements, yet repeatedly forgive men who consistently fail to treat them with the respect and care they deserve.
According to Ms DSF, women should begin to show one another the same level of understanding and compassion they often reserve for romantic partners who repeatedly disappoint them.
In her words:
“Girls are so strict with each other, yet give the same man that don’t do right by them a thousand and one chances.”
Her statement has resonated with many social media users, with some agreeing that women tend to hold each other to higher standards than they hold the men in their lives. Others, however, argued that friendships and romantic relationships involve different dynamics and should not be compared.
