Russia has issued a formal warning to all foreign nationals, including diplomatic staff and international organization personnel, to leave Kiev as soon as possible. Residents are advised to stay away from military and administrative infrastructure.
The MFA states the warning follows the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ drone strike on a college building and dormitory at Lugansk State Pedagogical College in Starobelsk on the night of May 22, killing civilians including children.
Russia says its PATIENCE HAS RUN OUT. The Russian Armed Forces are now beginning systematic strikes on Kiev’s military-industrial complex, specifically targeting UAV design, production, programming and launch facilities operated with NATO assistance, as well as decision-making centers and command posts.
