John Mwangi gave his son, Gorgeous Mwangi, a memorable welcome home on Wednesday, June 24, after he returned from school for the midterm break.
Gorgeous arrived home carrying several pieces of luggage, and his father was eagerly waiting to receive and welcome him back.

Dressed in his full school uniform and carrying a backpack, Gorgeous arrived home smiling as he reunited with his father.
The Grade 9 student had no idea that a life-changing surprise awaited him within the family compound.
How did Gorgeous react to his house?
“Surprise. Your house,” John said as they entered the compound.
Gorgeous looked up and was stunned to see a beautiful house that his father had built specifically for him.
Unable to hide his excitement, the teenager smiled broadly as his father laughed and enjoyed the moment.
John then encouraged his son to climb the stairs and explore his new living space, which was located within the family compound.

The compact house was neatly furnished with a bed and several household items, including a speaker and a few personal essentials.

“I will bring you a television later,” John assured his son as he gave him a tour of the structure, which was built using a combination of wood and metal.
The house also featured a private toilet that fit neatly into one corner and was properly screened for privacy.
A bright bulb installed in the middle of the room provided sufficient lighting, especially at night, making the small space comfortable and functional.
