Controversial Nigerian singer Portable and his actress babymama, Ashabi, have resumed their online beef.
Earlier, Ashabi had shared a shady video of herself, saying she doesn’t cry or die because she didn’t kiss Okiki, meaning Portable.
Offended by the video, the singer noted how he is on his own, yet she is coming for him. He reminded her that her family members are still living in the house he rented for her, and wondered how she would renew the rent when it’s due
Portable disclosed that Ashabi’s mother called when his wife gave birth to congratulate her, which is why he sent her money. He said Ashabi can never see a man who will marry her, as she is his leftover.
“I am on my own, yet you are coming for me. Your family members are still living in the house I rented for you. The rent will be due soon, and I will not renew it. Your mother called to congratulate me when my wife gave birth, and I still sent her money. You can never see a man to marry you. Who will marry my leftovers? You only had two children, yet your stomach is as big as if it has fibroids when you will not stop drinking alcohol
Come and see my wife’s flat tummy, who has three children. I can never kiss or make love to you again. If not that I was jazzed, what would I be doing with someone like you? If you are truly done with me, take your family members out of the house I rented for you. Go to your father’s house. You have no glory again. Since I left you, you stopped trending. Hitting back, Ashabi noted how the singer has only sent her N200,000 in the past six months. Questioning who he wants to suffer, she pondered whether he thinks she is lazy. She made it known that the kids’ school is the only reason why she is still in his rented house.
“For over 6 months, it’s only N200,000 you sent to your kids. If not for my mum that even told you to send it. Who you wan suffer? Do I look lazy to you? You said you miss your kids; when they brought them to you, you only gave them N18,000. Kids that you don’t send provisions for. I have blocked you everywhere
The kids are still in that house because of their school. Our court case is not finished; if not for people that begged me not to press charges when I wrote a petition against you. God forbid bad thing; may I not see what will make me go back to you. I was only catching cruise in my video. I don’t know why you’re in pain. You go cry tire”.
Kemi Filani reported on New Year, Portable and Ashabi had engaged in a heated argument, as Ashabi told the singer to kill her.
In an Instagram video, Portable claimed that Ashabi came to his house to attack his family. He claimed that his pregnant wife was beaten mercilessly, and guns were pointed at his children. He further claimed Ashabi’s mother accused him of using charm on her daughter and questioned why he didn’t buy a car for her.
Speaking up for herself, the upcoming actress explained that when she and her siblings went to celebrate the New Year with him, he pushed her and slapped her. She alleged that he brought out an axe and forcefully took all their phones, gave her younger brother a blow in his eye, and slapped her younger sister, which left her seeking safety in his office.
In another post, the mother of two had addressed critics, telling them to leave them alone. She told them to allow her to breathe and reduce their advice, and further told them to let her be and allow her to think for herself.
While speaking about her love life, she described Portable as a narcissist, noting how one can’t predict his next move, especially when he is the jealous type and has anger issues. She said she wakes up every day thinking about how best to manage him.
