Nigerian celebrity designer Luminee has written a heartfelt note to her husband, Baba Ijesha, following the birth of their baby.
On her Instagram page, she shared maternity photos of herself and the disgraced actor in matching outfits, expressing how overwhelmed she is with joy at the birth of their baby.
She affirmed her love for Ijesha, saying he is one in a million and his heart is pure.

Kemi Filani reported hours ago that the Yourba actor, who was imprisoned for raping a minor, announced that he had welcomed a child with the celebrity stylist.
On his Instagram page, he shared a maternity video of himself and Luminee, revealing that God had been writing a study only He could tell and expressed gratitude to Him for the blessing. Ijesha said God gave him more than he prayed for – a wife and now a baby boy.
In 2021, comedienne Princess, accused Ijesha of defiling her 14-year-old ward. In a video that was made available online, the actress accused Baba Ijesha of molesting her daughter without consent.
Nollywood stars Iyabo Ojo and Yomi Fabiyi fought over the issue, with the former supporting Princess’s side of the story. At the same time, the latter took a stand in support of his colleague.
In 2022, Baba Ijesha had bagged 5 years imprisonment for raping comedienne, Princess’s 14 years old daughter.
On Friday, November 15th, 2025, the famous actor was released from prison, after spending over three years in custody over alleged sexual assault.
Announcing his release, actor Yomi Fabiyi shared on Instagram that he had been cleared by the Appeal Court. He stated that Ijesha wasn’t just back, but was better, and expressed his happiness that he had been cleared.
