Olufunke Otti Confirms Filing of Appeal Against Lagos High Court Judgment, Reaffirms Confidence in Appellate Process and Commitment to Business Continuity.
Mrs. Olufunke Otti confirms that she has exercised her constitutional right of appeal following the judgment delivered by the Lagos State High Court on March 26, 2026, in Suit No. LD/3034LM/2022. The notice of appeal has been duly filed at the Court of Appeal, where the matter will now undergo full judicial review in accordance with due process of law.
Mrs. Otti expresses profound respect for the Nigerian judiciary and reiterates her confidence in the appellate courts as the proper constitutional forum for a fair, thorough, and impartial determination of all issues arising from the case.
